I would highly recommend signing up for the free tier and practicing your skills. This site gives you some ideas to practice https://github.nwie.net/raoa5/AWS-Experiments  (I used my personal laptop and logged in from my home network to AWS)

There is a bunch of free digital training available at AWS https://www.aws.training/learningobject/curriculum?id=27076  (Cloud practitioner)  https://www.aws.training/learningobject/curriculum?id=20685 (Solution architect)

I followed the free study notes available at https://digitalcloud.training/certification-training/aws-solutions-architect-associate/

I did not buy any practice exams but I did purchase the Udemy course https://www.udemy.com/aws-certified-solutions-architect-associate/ but be aware that some of the contents are old

Make sure to read through the AWS whitepapers and the FAQs and be familiar with the contents
